CRÉMANT DE BOURGOGNE A successful marriage for this crémant of white Burgundy, between the finesse of Chardonnay, the vinosity of Pinot Noir and the freshness of Aligoté.
Appearance This crémant reveals a brilliant pale gold color, a fine and satiny foam. Nose The nose is fruity and floral. On the palate The palate is light and round at the same time, vinous and subtle.
Pairing Ideal as an aperitif or dessert, it can also be served with white meat.

Grape A blend of grapes from the Côte chalonnaise and Côte de Beaune: 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Aligoté
Style Brut (between 6 and 12 g/l sugar)
Wine-making process The Maison Vitteaut-Alberti vinifies Crémant Blanc according to the traditional method: - pneumatic presses with a capacity of 50 hl with gradual pressure build-up, - must fined and settled after 24 hours, - sowing with selected yeasts, - vinification in thermoregulated vats at 20°C, - foaming in bottle (traditional method) and ageing in an air-conditioned cellar at 15°C.
Breeding The Crémant develops all its aromas and acquires its typicality thanks to a minimum ageing of 16 to 18 months in the bottle.
