Appearance The golden and silky foam sparkles with amber reflections. Nose The nose reveals the freshness and richness of Chardonnay. On the palate The palate offers a beautiful aromatic complexity. The attack is lively and fresh, with notes of citrus fruits, white peach and aromas of hazelnuts, honey bring structure and power.

Grape 100 % Chardonnay. Blending of a strict selection of Chardonnay from the Côte Chalonnaise and Côte de Beaune.

Wine-making process Maison Vitteaut-Alberti vinifies the "Agnès" Special Cuvée according to the traditional method: - pneumatic presses with a capacity of 50 hl with gradual pressure build-up - must fined and settled after 24 hours - sowing with selected yeasts - vinification in thermoregulated vats at 20°C - frothing in bottles (traditional method) and ageing in an air-conditioned cellar at 15°C.
Breeding This Crémant develops all its aromas and acquires its typicality thanks to a maturing period of more than 36 months in the bottle.
