  • MOULIN-À-VENT, BEAUJOLAIS CRUThe Moulin à Vent is called the King of Beaujolais. It is the wine with the longest ageing potential and the closest to its Burgundian neighbours. This cuvée expresses the alliance of finesse and power. The terroir of La Rochelle is one of the most beautiful terroirs of Moulin à Vent: concentrated, powerful, with a wide aromatic palette and a beautiful complexity.

Appearance Deep ruby with purple highlights. Nose Intense red fruit, predominantly raspberry, followed by more pronounced touches of buttered brioche, chocolate on the second nose. On the palate Fine and airy, smooth and ample attack, round and voluptuous. Juicy and fleshy raspberry on the palate. Buttered and brioche aftertaste. Very good balance and exceptional aromatic persistence.

Pairing All meat and poultry. It goes very well with morel dishes.
