  • BROUILLY, BEAUJOLAIS CRU Brouilly is the southernmost of the Beaujolais vintages, it is located in the heart of the vineyard and has a very Beaujolais character. Therefore, it is a friendly wine, easy to place in any circumstances and with a wide variety of dishes. Our parcel, located at the foot of Mont Brouilly, is made of granitic scree following the erosion of this hill which gives this wine a straight and pure structure in the mouth.

Appearance Deep ruby sustained. Nose At the beginning floral nose (violet), then the deep aromas of ripe fruit rise to the nose. On the palate Both fine and fleshy. Beautiful pure and straight material built on round tannins. The finish is long and fresh.

Pairing  Le Brouilly has the advantage of matching a multitude of dishes. Originality: on a quail with truffles or a risotto with beef tail.
