BEAUJOLAIS Made from the youngest vines of the estate, this cuvée develops the freshness of red fruits. It is called the Morello cherries because the bottom of the vines is lined with many cherry, cherry and cherry trees. It is particularly suitable for moments of conviviality between friends.
Appearance Rubis. Nose Sour red berries and candy. On the palate Tender mouth, cherry flesh.
Pairing White and red meats / poultry / fish, meurette eggs / "Lyonnaiseries", brioche sausages, sausages.

Grape 100% Gamay
Vines 10 hectares on dark granite soil in Saint-Vérand with southwest exposure plus grape purchase on clay and limestone soil. Manual harvest, Royat and Guyot cordon pruning.
Wine-making process Beaujolais traditional semi-carbonic with two pumping over per day, maceration for 5 days in concrete vats, with the minimum SO2. Maturing: 3 to 6 months in concrete vats.
Ageing advice To be drunk within 2 years.
