  • CHAMPAGNE in the process of conversion to organic farming Rich & Fruity

    Appearance Deep pink. Fine foam and abundant bubbles. Nose Round-sounding fermentation notes (butter, fat) with aromas of wheat and cereals. On the palate Spicy and fruity notes blend with brioche aromas combining roundness and structure. Pairing Summer aperitif / Spicy Asian or North African cuisine / Candied lamb / Tandoori chicken.

    Ageing advice Drink now to 2025

    Refreshing Immerse the bottle in a bucket filled with water and ice for half an hour; or Place the bottle in the bottom of the refrigerator for 4 hours. In any case, avoid cooling a bottle in the freezer.

    Serving advice Serve chilled at 8-10°C. Don't shake the bottle!

    Wine-making process Pressing in a traditional Coquard press Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of the wine. Malolactique fermentation. Passage in French oak barrels (20%).
