Aged Cellar in March 2013, on slatted floor for a minimum of 3 years. Passage in oak barrels (20%) for 12 months.
Wine-making process Pressing in a traditional Coquard press Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of the wine. Malolactic fermentation. Passage in French oak barrels (20%).
Ageing advice Drink now to 2025
Refreshing Immerse the bottle in a bucket filled with water and ice for half an hour; or Place the bottle in the bottom of the refrigerator for 4 hours. In any case, avoid cooling a bottle in the freezer.
Serving advice Serve chilled at 10-12°C. Don't shake the bottle!
