MARC DE CHAMPAGNE
It is the residue of the Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes that was pressed to extract the juice. This eau-de-vie with a designation of origin regulated by decree is obtained by distilling fermented and destemmed grape marc, which comes exclusively from the Champagne vineyard.
Its fruity and woody taste makes it suitable for different types of consumption, either as a digestive or in culinary preparations (chocolates, ice creams, sauces, meat...).
