Grapes 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier
Style Brut (6.6 g/l sugar)
Aged Aged for at least 5 years on fine lees to give the aromas time to develop and soften, for more tertiary and mellower fruit aromas.
Wine-making process Blended rosé (between 15 and 20% red wine depending on the year). Little filtration to preserve the aromas specific to the wine. Systematic malolactique fermentation to avoid the addition of sulfite and to favor more supple and balanced wines.
Ageing advice Drink now to 2025
Refreshing Immerse the bottle in a bucket filled with water and ice for half an hour; or Place the bottle in the bottom of the refrigerator for 4 hours. In any case, avoid cooling a bottle in the freezer.
Serving advice Serve chilled at 8-10°C. Don't shake the bottle!
