Pierre-Marie Chermette is keen to master the entire process, from the cultivation of the vine to the marketing of the wine. Martine, Jean-Etienne and Pierre-Marie Chermette tend to make a wine as natural as possible and pursue a single objective: the quality of their work and their products.
The Chermettes seek to be as interventionist as possible in both the cultivation of the vine and the vinification process. The most natural vinification possible: no use of chemical yeasts in order to preserve the natural yeasts and the specificity of each terroir.
